Passengers appreciate the advantages of e-talons.
5 years after the introduction of the e payments system in Riga public transport, a large majority of passengers believe that e-tickets are modern, convenient and easy-to-use.
According to the results of an opinion poll held on the website of "Rīgas satiksme" an absolute majority of respondents, 86%, admit that after the introduction of e-tickets paying for trip in public transport has become convenient and simple.
6% of respondents emphasize that the electronic payments system offers a wide range of tickets, 4% believe that practicality and visual design of the e-ticket is important.
2% of respondents believe that the key advantage is the possibility of buying tickets in ticket vending machines at any time of day and night, 1% emphasize the availability of a wide ticket selling network.
More than 1700 respondents participated in the opinion poll which was held in May 2012.
In 2013.
88% ! is the percentage of respondents that find e-talons "convenient" or "very convenient", according to a SKDS opinion poll conducted in 2013.
