Riga Citizen Card is devoted to the inhabitants of Riga, it is the Rigan ID card, it brings to the card holder a wealth of advantages in institutions and shops of the Latvian capital.
And it remains, of course, an e-talons card for access to the public transports of Riga on-street and on rail!

- Control of use of Social benefits
- Reporting to Rigas Municipal Welfare's department for all payouts and use of social benefits
